I would love to lead you through a Yoga practice. I offer two classes that took me twenty years to choreograph. One is dynamic and the other passive. All levels will be able to follow along just fine. 

Kundalini Shakti Yoga is a Kundalini practice based on the teachings of Kashmir Shaivism, or Trika Yoga, formatted by Nidhan Jot Singh. In a 75 minute Kundalini Shakti Yoga class students are lead through a series of kriyas/warm ups to raise energy and heat the body full of prana. This is followed by a series of Yogic calisthenics to strengthen the upper body and create lower body flexibility. Balancing poses and deep stretches are included. There is deep relaxation at the end of class sometimes with guided meditation or relaxing music. This class combines both dynamic and passive flows to give a balanced sadhana/practice. Tantra meditation on Kundalini Shakti, the inexhaustible feminine creative power of the universe, brings us closer to union with God. Trika philosophy teaches that this world is nothing more then the blissful energy of the all-pervading consciousness of Lord Shiva manifested by Divine Mother Shakti. It's all play.

Lazy Monkey Yoga is a Yin / restorative class created by Nidhan Jot Singh. This class is accessible to anybody of any age and fitness level. The class begins seated focussing on posture and energy radiating through the spine (Kundalini Shakti). Using Pranayama, or mindful breathing, we reconnect the body with the earth. When the class is over you will feel like you just had a deep tissue massage. This class is a choreographed class, the series is always taught in the same order, and one Asana smoothly transitions to another effortlessly hence the name “Lazy Monkey”.
